This is such a terrible place. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been here for 3 years and within the last few months this place has become awful. The walls are thin you can here your neighbor taking a shower, etc. The office staff is unconcerned about screening to make sure those who live around you are safe and courtesy. We get notices are out doors all the time about car thefts, etc. Over the weekend an apt was broken into and someone was shot and killed. The management sent out a flyer detailing only that "shots were fired on the property". They arent even honest about the severity of the situation. If you do decide to live here, have a car of no value, get a very protective dog, and expect absolutly no assistance from the management staff.

Does anyone know what apartment this crime happened in? I used to live in Pine Habour and they are completely unconcerned about the safety of their residents. When will they get it?

How about other current/recent residents? Do you guys feel the same way about this place? I'm thinking of moving in soon and don't have too many other options with my constraints.

If you go to UCF, and don't have a reliable car, don't live here b/c it's far from school, you can't walk or catch the school bus. There are a lot of crime here, don't live here by yourself if you are a girl, or if you don't want to get shot, or robbed. Don't live here if you have a nice car, it will be stolen. Walls are paper thin, don't live here if you want to sleep at night, or have some peace and quiet. Don't live here if you don't want to be called a liar by the office staff or ignore by them. DON'T LIVE HERE.
