Don't let the appearance fool you. They focus on getting you in but try to rip you off when you're ready to move. Within a month of my moving in, someone tried to kicked my front door and tried to break in. My kids where terrified. The police took a while to get there. I did file a report. The office staff mostly unconcerned. Since then, there have been other units vandalized. There were also robberies a gun point in the parking lot--with shots fired at times. My wife was recently followed all the way the the front door several teenagers. I am finishing the full 12 month lease but will not renew. Please stay away from there. I was one of the victims.

PS. add another $50 to any rent they quote you. They charge for garbage and other stuff--all paid monthly with the rent.

They tell you when you sign your lease that water and garbage is extra, no utilities are included and they make that really clear. My water/garbage runs about $25 a month, and yes you do pay it to Pine Harbour with your rent, but it is the same as if you paid an outside source like you do for cable or electric. Not a big deal. Did you expect free water?

No he is not expecting free water but is explaining his experience with the community in which i appreciate for someone who WAS considering moving in. Too bad apt complexes cannot show you one at night...i bet t would be a completely different story.
