Worst Apartment Ever (UCF STUDENTS BEWARE)!!!!!!

I have never lived in an apartment complex as bad as Pine Harbour. Crime has not been a factor for me, but I am aware of more than a dozen incidences of car theft, robberies or shootings. I will tell you though what has been an issue for me. The quality of the apartments look good at first, but the appliances are old and hardly work properly. My air conditioning freezes up constantly and when I ask for it to get repaired, I am left with the same problem I had in the first place. I constantly have to come home to a stuffy, warm apartment. It is pointless to ask anything of the staff in the front office, they will not help. It once took a week for maintenance to check my air. THATS ONE WEEK WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING IN THE SUMMER!!! And that was just for them to take a look at it, two weeks later my air was acting up again. The walls are thin and when I mean thin, I mean you are aware of when your neighbor wakes up, showers, leaves, and comes back home. A regular conversation next door can be heard easily! Oh...and as for that lovely fencing obscurity that is in the front of the community which some might call a gate, it never works. I'm actually shocked when it does work, but it is usually broken again within a day. Says a lot for a community that has such a problem with crime. Ah and theres one more thing. Parking has always been an issue and the front office leaves pointless notes at your door threatening to tow. Not here they wont! Residence are forced to hike it back to their apartment if they come home late at night. Overall my experience here has been unpleasant, frustrating, and disappointing. It is pretty expensive to live here yet I feel I get know where near the quality of living that I should be getting. Please take my advice, there are plenty of nicer apartments out within the Central Florida area. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
