If you do happen to make the mistake of moving here, make sure you ask for copies for every single piece of documentation the office has. The people in the office have no clue what they are doing, and trust me...whatever documentation you give to the office WILL be lost. I wrote a letter to the office regarding my intent to vacate way before the cut of date and I saw the woman place the document in my file...apparently. Turns out, 3 months later, the letter is no where to be found and now the manager wants to charge me an unbelievable amount of money for their mistake. Take my advice and go with a different community whose staff knows how to operate efficiently.

Definitly, they have no business working there.... do not live there, or you will be sorry; consider yourself warned!

You need to protect yourself, the people who work at apartment complexes are not doctors or rocket scientist - you tell them about an issue and they look at you like a dear in headlights. . You always need to protect yourself and make copies of everything - and you need to get things signed/notarized and dated by office staff so - if necessary - you can take them to small claims court to get your money back or fight the issue at hand.
