Not as bad as it sounds on here...at least for me.

I've lived in Pine Harbour for about 1.5 years, and overall I am pretty satisfied. The buildings itself are a little out of date, popcorn ceilings, dingy looking doors, old appliances, and hideous cabinets. The walls are a little thin, but thankfully I have quiet neighbors. I have noticed a roach problem, but not huge ones like I've read on here. Occasionally a small one, usually dead. The safety here is mediocre, the gates are usually never closed, and crime happens more often than it should. The parking can get pretty bad later at night, but they do tow. I've had 2 friends that have gotten towed from here.
I am quite happy with the staff here. I haven't had much experience with the new maintenance team, but the old guys that worked here previously were very helpful and friendly. They always came to fix anything immediately, even if it was out of their way. I used to live in a 2/2 and due to certain circumstances I quickly had to move to a one bedroom (which is a bit overpriced). It was very stressful, but the girls in the front office were very helpful with making the transition for me, and even helped out with transferring electricity and my internet. Also they now have recycling bins, which I haven't seen any other apartment complex offering.
Overall good location, usually quiet, but not as safe as I'd like and out of date.
