I was a tenant at these apartments for over 3 years. Let's just say I am kicking myself for not getting out sooner. Almost everything thay promised on the lease never happened. I received 3 air filters in 3 years. The a/c broke two different summers and we spent days without air.. The raised our rent promising property improvments and all they did was pave the parking lot. The complex was repainted the first year we lived there and the company they hired did such a poor job I couldn't go out on my balconies because the paint was peeling because the old paint was never removed before they sprayed the new color. The carport leaked brown liquid on my car when it rained and they had an excuse for why they didn't want to replacing my dishwasher. Also the compressor was going on the frig and came on waking us up in the middle of the night. Aslo never fixed, More excuses. In 3 years I never saw pest control either inside the apartments or out. Wasps kept me from enjoying the balcony that didn't have as much peeling paint. I would leave my phone number so people could call me and hear even more. Don't waste your money at this place..Trust me on this one.My 3 1/2 years of throwing my money away is ending in a legal battle and they are not worth the heatache.
