Terrible place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
No maintenance, owners are lazy.
Neighboors are terrible, dog poop everywhere. If the air brakes you are on your own. Kids from college make terrible noise at night, the place is a dump. Big Time. There is nothing good on this place, neighboors are either white trash, or lazy ass running from somewhere ---------.
