I lived at The Pines in 2003. First I preleased my apartment from out of state, I had an apartment assigned and everything, had my utilities transfered. I arrived after driving for 20 hours and had leased my apartment to someone else, plus the one they assigned wasn't ready. Finally, I moved in and as a resident there I regreted it. Fights in the parking lot, no lights, no parking space at all, three days for an a/c filter to be changed,dope houses next to mine. But the worst thing was the manager Betsy...she has horrible customer service and treats everyone like if she were better than anyone..when you arrived at the office she will gossip about other residents with you...H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E....Don't even mention getting in and out of the community...with all the construction in Kirkman. I surely recommend they can do better than that...with exception of Ann Marie which was a great person and had a smile always on her face...!
