Wow this place is bad

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The apartments themselves aren't too bad. Had a 2/2 which was spacious. Apparently strangers also liked the inside of my apartment as well....it was broken into and had some pretty valuable things taken. In addition, my roommate's car was STOLEN from right outside our apartment. The residents vary greatly. There are some nice families and young professionals. However, the shady ghetto thugs need to be put in check before things get worse.
