Parking was horrible. Espcially at night. Noise at the pool at all hours of the night. From little children no less. Apparently people around here don't make their children go to sleep ever. Had a random guy come up and ask me for money for cocaine. Almost killed by this truck that makes the parking lot a drag strip numerous times. The maintenance came four times to not fix our refridgerator and dishwasher. The appliances are incredibly old and cause you to use too much electricity. If we moved anything on the air conditioner box... aka the tempature... it broke, and maintenance was apparently unable to fix it. Could hear the people downstairs all the time and the people next door enjoyed listening to incredibly loud music at five in the morning. Did have some great neighbors, but this place needs major updating. The landscape is nice looking enough, and the apartments have nice enough carpeting and look nice enough, minus the old appliances and not wrking air.... but that is all this place has going for it.
