Gone down hill, not worth the price

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Lived here three years, and will be moving soon because the rent is going up past what it's worth, parking is bad at night, unsafe light at times, and shady neighbors. At one point I think there were 10 Mexican imigrants living downstairs and eyeing me everytime I came home.
