firstly, the noise is really bad, and the management doesnt seem to do anything about it. Ive been waken up at 3am on more than a few occasions. Second, parking is really bad. If you get home after 7pm, you'll have to park as far as 80 yards from your building sometimes. Lastly, this may just be my apt but my AC breaks, on average, once a month, but luckily they are prompt to fix it. Overall, dont bother.
