better places in orlando for the price.
low class druggies live here.
it's in crime hills.
horrible area.
have one maint. person and maybe a second but work orders take a while to get done.
DISGUSTING LAUNDRY ROOM. i complained many times and no one cleaned it i don't think in the whole 11 months i lived there.
most apartments have bugs.
they are dumpy looking inside and out.
the walls are too thin. i had noisy neighbors i and the other neighbors complained about for the whole 11 months. nothing got done.
ignorant staff.
they have nothing to do there. no fitness room, pools, etc. you can find nice apartments in orlando. i only moved in here before i had one day to find an apartment in orlando and didn't know that pine hills was crime hills and i had a prior eviction and had no choice at the time, or so i thought. there is soooo much better. nothing to do here. UGLY AS ----. no view except the other apartments next door and the black guys jumping our fence to drug deal.
crappy paint, flooring, etc was always coming off. build to save money and skimp on everything. DUMP.
