First I must commend Ms. Ana Vazquez of the office team for being the most decent and friendly person of them all. Secondly, the apartment was the cleanest I've ever moved into with the exception of the rug which had to be cleaned after we'd moved in. Thankfully, we saw no roaches! We were told the complex was less than ten years old and everything did look new. Maintenance would sometimes take up to 3 days to repair things but, luckily we didn't need many. If you live on a top floor, you get vaulted ceilings but, opt for a "pond" view and apartments away from the gym or entrance if you want a less noise from the children and parking lot. I will warn you that the manager Michelle is not a good bookkeeper. Once they tried to charge us for an "extra" washer and dryer and another time they lost our check and wanted to charge late fees. I ALWAYS paid a week in advance and started requesting receipts from then on. Lastly, we were made to leave due to an incident with my roommate and while they kept our deposit, she said we still owed $32. Lucky for me, I keep all my receipts and proved them wrong. Not a bad place to live if you don't let 'em fool ya.
