I've lived in Pinnacle POinte since May 2006 until Now.. At first it was a dream come true. The place was nicely kept, the maintenance staff always came, there was no noise, people were respectful of one another... Then when I signed my lease my second time the problems began. They kept loosing my rent and kept putting BIG ORANGE FLOURESCENT PAPERS THAT SAID 24 HOUR EVICTION when I had paid my rent weeks in advance. Thank God I always kept my receipts and made them look stupid.. But still, my neighbors must have thought that I was some sort of ghetto person who could not afford the rent, and the situation was totally contrary... I hate it there now, people moving in are soo noisy, they don't care about the noise their kids make.. Many people are throwing parties in the middle of the night until wee hours of the morning and everyone is scared to call the police in fear of retaliation. Also, they kept raising the rent on me, even when I was under the lease agreement, they said that they can do that, but I really dont think so. They kept telling me to check the leasing agreement, but when I signed the lease was back in 2006 and everytime I have signed a new lease which has been 2 times, they never give me the new copy and I lost the one from 2006.. It's horrible!! Another thing, the building light has been off for 5 months now and no one has come to fix it, I hate going up to my unit at night, I have to go upstairs with a switch blade, because it is really dark.. I am breaking my lease this month and moving back to my moms until I find a better apartment to live in.. Although the area has been getting soo bad lately, that finding a safe enough place is becoming almost impossible. Good luck, but I really dont think its worth it, unless you can't afford something better for the time being, it will do.
