Me and My roommate call PP Peace and Harmony because thats what it feels like once your inside the apartment community. Everyone in my building is super nice, and the ammenities are way nice, for example the pool, tennis court and gym. My apartment is gorgeous, and my friends have liked it so much two of them have moved in also and another is on the way. It may be a little busy outside the walls with all the traffic of LBV, but it is so quiet with no parties or anything to worry about. The only downside to the complex is parking (very limited late at night, you HAVE to park in yellow.. you dont have a choice). It is a little pricey, but its well worth the money in my opinion! I love Peace and Harmony and cant wait to live there for the next few years!
