Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
there are pluses and minuses to living here.I will start with the pluses...apartment is nice, pool is nice negatives...dog poop all over, garbage always piled up, gates always brken, a lot of young people who speed through parking lot, parking stinks. for the amount of rent that is paid, the place should be a lot better. management is OK. maintence supervisor is never seen working, property manager is uninvolved.
