Much too pricey for what you get...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 

Price keeps rising. Slow response if any by maintenance. Upkeep going down. Undesirable tenants w/ respect to location. Workout equipment old and often broken. Management disagreeable and often refuses to work with you in regards to re-leasing, especially when price is concerned. I would not recommend this property...
