The complex was just recently renovated due to the last few hurrcans this past season. However,Don't let appearences fool you.The maitnence staff has gone downhill since this new management team of only 1 year has been here (Tramell Crow Residential Servces).You can also include their customer service in that too!The pricing would be ok if you got what you paid for, and it did increase what they're chargig per year.And who wants to pay over $130.00 for a garage on top of your monthly rent, when there is nowhere else to park.Parking in the complex is very limited, and if you happen to park in the wrong area, you may get ticketed.Also the "Non-existing" (Per Tramell Crow Residential Services) Crime on the property is down right scary. The residents have had to request several times to have light bulbs in the street lamps replaced due to burnouts, and needless to say the residents had to change them themselves.Not to forget about the many,again, "non-existing" car burglaries that we have had in the last year. Particularly a situation about 2 weeks ago when a particular trio of criminals were witnessed to being invlved in an auto burlary & all of them had multiple firearms, & were identified as gang members. They were able to get into the complex due to lack of security, and lighting.TCRS (Trammell Crow Resdental Services) Refuses to give out the corporate number for Plantation Park Apartments, so don't even attemptit.Please consider this before moving into Plantation Park, or any other complex managed by TCRS.

You are absolutely right! This place has turned into a dump ever since TCRS has taken over. What a shame since the last mgmt staff was great, including the maint staff! We're all gonna have to buy guns soon to protect ourselves since their not halping us. The gates work for a week or two, but today again, they're broke and wide open. Thanks TCRS! What a joke!

you are so right on, my daughter lived there for about 3 years and when TCRS took over what a mess, try calling the management on weekends, good luck. She had her car broken into twice no help from management- to increase patrols or watch the gate or lighting. They jusst do not care I did get through to corporate office by searching the internet and got someone to contact me by email who assured me they would look into it but the jerk who is the manager there gave my daughter a hard time she finally moved our in 2005. Here are better places DO NOT MOVE INTO PLANTATION PARK.
