A very nice place to call home

We have only lived here for a year but we love it here. The only thing I do not like is that we are zoned for a very bad Elementary school.So we are moving. It is a very quiet place to live and maintance is fantastic about coming out and fixing things quickly.
The crime is really not as bad as some have painted it to be. It is safer here than anywhere else in Orlando I believe. That is why we moved to this area of town. There is crime every where sadly but I feel VERY safe here.
