I just moved here two weeks ago from NYC. Compared to the rent I was paying for a dump up there, this place is a palace. The price seems reasonable to me at $950 for a 2 bed/2 bath. The ammenities are also great. Parking has not been a problem at all,I always see open spots at all hours of the night. There always seems to be someone around walking a dog or something, which makes me feel safe. I have not heard of or witnessed any of the so called "burglaries" or "car thefts" that have been mentioned in other reviews. Of course it is always possible, as in any complex, but locking your doors and installing a good car alarm usually help. I have noticed that the gates do tend to be open at all times on most nights, which is not exactly what I am paying for, and I agree that needs to be resolved. Overall, I do feel safe and very happy here and I would recommend it to anyone at this point. Of course, I will update my review if my opinion changes over the course of the year...
