Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived in Plantation Park & after TCRS took over the property it all went down hill. The grounds are not as well taken care of. The reply time on maintance slow, espcially like the breezeways having NO lighting & I called month after month. Parking forget it. Rent now for the apartment I have is at $1000. Way too high. What can I say that's good, they allow large dogs.
