while plantation park may look like a beautiful and luxurious place to live, let me tell you it is quite a facade. the leasing staff is nice and courteous to you... until you move in; then they take their time with everything and pretend to care about your unit issues. the staff is a joke - rude, not helpful whatsoever - when they're available that is; the security is a joke. the so called security gates are always broken, therefore always open and the side of the complex adjacent to the restauraunts does not even have a gate around it so people constantly cut through - when they are not busy prying open the fence bars or simply jumping over the fence; the noise is ridiculous. you can hear everything your neighbors do- whether they are in the kitchen, taking a shower, or arguing. I have lived in 1 other apt complex before this and never had any issues. i hate this place so much that i am breaking my lease. living here is not worth the money or stress. avoid plantation park!!!!

How did you break your lease without it affecting you in the future? I want to move too. For many of the same reasons. My lease isn't up for 5 more painful months.
