I lived in Plantation Park for almost two years. This was back a few years ago. The premises were clean and the apartments were good in size, but I think they were overpriced. Noise was a problem when I was there ( a lot of roommates, smoking on the breezeways all the time, fighting late at night, etc). The staff seem to be friendly but you had to be very patient with them as well, otherwise they would not help you. I never really had any problems with bugs, that was a plus.

At some point during my lease, the rental agreement change and had to deal directly with the owner of the unit and that was a nightmare. My apartment went to foreclosure and I found out when the police came to change the locks in the apartment. The owner never contacted me during this or the staff at the office. I did have a lot of stress during this process since the staff at Plantation Park didn't have any contact information of the owner, and we were being kicked out of the apartment without notice.

I don't personally recommend to move here, because the apartments are privately own and you might face foreclosure issues during your lease. Some of my neighbors also were being kicked out of their apartments for the same reason, and by living here you might even lose your deposit, or pay to break the lease even if going on foreclosure. There are no laws to protect tenants from this.

I have lived at Plantation Park for the past two years and love it! It is the best place in the area! Staff and maint. are always friendly! Old maint.supervisor retired but the new one is very nice. Apartments do not go under forclosure it is impossible so not really sure what you are talking about...Were you evicted? I have recommended Plantation Park and will continue to do so ! Great Place!!!!!!!!!!!

I wasn't evicted. The apartments were privately own when I lived there. You rented the units through a leasing office, but at certain point during your lease, you had to deal directly with the owner. My unit went on foreclosure and I was notify by the police. I had to break my lease to be able to move.
