Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
My first time moving to Orlando, I picked Pointe Vista. BAD CHOICE!! My car was hit, the floors are so thin if you live upstairs you better not walk too much or the people who live below you will hit the floor with a broom, making a lot of noise. No berber carpeting, the carpet picked up everything always looked dingy. I lived there for 8 mos could not take it anymore, too much traffic, hard to find parking. I broke my lease and they overcharged me on my credit report. I moved from there and been living in my place for 3 years. Please do not pick Pointe Vista, you will regret it!!
