I have had complaints in with the management team since the very first day I moved in. AS SOON as I had my key and opened my apartment door I was hit with an unbelieveable scent. They hadnt had the apartment cleaned after the last resident moved out. I was going out of town that very weekend so I went back to the office to tell them about it. They seemed to be surprised (why wouldnt they know about it'') I told them I would leave my boxes in the outside storage unit and would have everything else delivered by my family the next day. When I returned from my trip that following Monday my boxes were gone. All the office manager had to say was "Do you have renters insurance'" Its been down hill since then. All repairs take FOREVER to be completed. I am currently waiting on maintenance to come and replace a blown fuse in my daughters bedroom. I constantly hear my neighbors and have complained about the level of noise several times to no avail. BUGS are everywhere. No matter how much bug spray I use and how well I clean they come from everywhere. There is so much water damage in my cabinets that the cabinets cannot be used because they are warped. Nothing will stand up. I cannot open any of my windows. I have had 2 water leaks from upstairs and every time it rains I fear flooding again because the little pond behind my apartment floods instantly. I have complained about all of this and more and still I have these issues. I almost dont care what I have to pay in my next place. I will be moving out of here. At one point I thought I had the worst apartment on the property but now I see that I dont after reading all of these review. Please listen. Dont move in here. Its truely awful!!
