After reading the reviews this now confirms that I am NOT the only one having issues at the Polo s Apartments. I moved in at the end of 2005 and until recently have been satisfied. I have seen three different managers come and go and the current manager is unacceptable. The previous blogger stated it correctly when he said -------was unprofessional! I have an issue with mold in my apartment walls. ------- s way of fixing the issue is to paint over the walls. When I bring this to his attention that I know mold is behind the walls he asks me if I ve ever worked in the Drywall industry. He is belligerent and should not be in the position that he is in. All of the bloggers seem to have a common denominator to their story Maintenance. How about getting some new maintenance employees who will actually take pride in their work' Forget about contacting the IMT Corporate office in California (818) 784-4700 they only forward the complaint to the Regional Property Manger whose name is -----and he stands behind everything -------says. I also have a problem with Roaches. -------didn t see a problem when I was killing at least 3 roaches a day, but being the wonderful person he thinks he is called the pest control out for me. I learned that the pest control company only comes to spray every four months hmmm could be the problem. Well, I still have the mold problem in the walls and not sure where to turn from here I have too many months left on my lease and really don t want to break it. I m considering calling the Health Department for a Air Quality Check and then contacting the media to get resolution. I would advise everyone NOT to move in to these apartments. The management on ALL levels are unprofessional and only care when it comes time to pay your rent.

I just moved out of Polos Apartments and I had the best year of my life...I moved out due to financial issues and I'm hoping to move back as soon as I get back on my feet. I never had any issues with maintenance or the office manager (------). There has to be a reason as to why they have one of the best occupancy percentages in the area.

IF YOU HAVE SOME MANY ISSUES THAT YOU THINK ARE SERIOUS YOU SHOULD CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OR ORANGE COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT AND STOP WHINING ON THIS APARTMENT WEBSITE
