Over the three years that my roommate and I lived in the Polos we had numerous problems. First and foremost, one of the residents and neighbor to me, was held at gunpoint. Her belongings were stolen.
My car was broken into and vandalized. When I called the office to let them know, they said that they had been having a problem with theft and vandalizm. I was appalled that as a resident, I was not informed of the problem so I could take extra safety precautions.

Second problem would be the maitenance. We were not only charged for items destroyed by the maitenance staff, but their solutions to large requests were often fixed very cheaply and had to be redone on a regular basis.

My roommate and I on a regular basis let the management staff know that our air conditioning had a problem and our electric bill seemed very high. ONE MONTH before we moved out our air handler finally died and they had to replace it. After it was replaced our electric bill was cut in HALF!!! When we let the apartment complex know, they were very unreceptive to our inconvience or the hundreds of extra dollars that we paid in electricity.

While the ceilings were supposed to be almost soundproof, you wouldn't know it. We lived on the first floor and we could hear conversations of our upstairs neighbors and of course it sounded as though we had elephants living above us.

At this time I would not recommend this facility.
