First off,, thiscompany has no budget,,So of course if any thing breaks down they steal something old out of another vacant,,THEY dont cARE,,once they got you in and you sign the lease they dont care!!This company seems to enjoy to employee Maintenance staff that has no real skills,,They dont care!!When they do get good maintenance staff they scare them off by over working them and treating them like ----,This place is old,, so your electric bills are high,,If your credit is crappy,,THEy will let any one in!!So that explains the high crime rate,,They givie you old used applicances,,No matter what any one tells you this,,Apartments are not sound proof,,Want quiet,,RENT a house or take a apt on the toip floor, but dont rent from these crooks,,YOU get what you pay for with this company!!They are ghetto landlords
