The office staff seemed nice, until we moved out! We thought all was well when we checked out, then a month later we got a registered letter saying they had to replace all of our carpet and wanted us to pay for it. We lived there 3 months!!! The carpet was brand new, they just wanted to get more money from us! The letter also said we were not to contact the apartment only Equity Management. I found this site after hearing Equity management has a class action suit against them for unlawful charges.
Also, the noise from upstairs was horrible, lots of students, decent parking, and the "gated" entrance never worked the entire time we lived there.
