I have lived here for 10 months now and at first it was nice. Then I started getting notices that burglers and robbers were mugging people left and right here in the complex. Up until that date I have felt so unsafe and the management don't seem to care either.

All they care about is getting you in that door and signing your lease. They don't care about their current residents only trying to get as much people in as soon as possible.

The maintenance is clearly understaffed and underpaid. Management tells them if something is missing to take it out from a vacant apartment to replace. My hallway light has been out for the past 7 months. Our closet door has been repeatedly fixed and broken by just opening and closing.

The management are very rude and do not care at all for their tenants. I had to call once for repairs and the property manager belittled and spoke down to me as if I were a child.

The air condition is horrendous. The filter was never changed and ended up freezing over. When the maintenance man fixed it all he did was scrape the old mildew so enough air can pass by. Because of this I am constantly getting allergies and nasal congestion b/c of all the dust. When I clean, I'll dust and then two seconds later a thin layer of dust will emerge from the vents.

I'm telling you, you might think this place is grand b/c of the deals but do not be fooled. I wish I read these complaints before moving in b/c I would've never fallen victim to this crappy apartment and management team.
