Our biggest problem with this community is the lack of safety. The gates have been broken for months at a time and even when they are working, many cars travel into the grounds at one time. The outside lights are often burnt out and there have been many notices of burglaries and car theft. Further, there are many college students in this complex who are noisy and speed through the roads, nearly hitting children and pets. The road is very narrow and in the evenings there is little parking near my actual apartment. However, maintenance staff have always fixed any problems when requested, there are some great amenities, and the staff seem friendly. Overall, I've been dissapointed with this community due to the high rent.
