I've been very happy here.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I've lived here for 1 1/2 years now and have been very happy with both the apartment itself and the management staff. The rent is kinda high, but I feel it's worth it for the location...close to UCF, to shopping & restaurants, to 408, etc. I move out soon and hope that goes smoothly as well...
