,They have no reqard to any one who works or rents from them,,Inlcuding police ,law and fire ---They treat all human kind the same,,RUDE and like trash.The are voliating fair housing and wage and hour laws as if they are above the law,,They dont pay there venors,,Only sue them saying the job is not right,,But when everyone they deal with has issues right down to renters,,You know it is a red flag,,It is them!!!!If you piss them off,,They sent on sight secuirty to spy and harress you until they can find a reason to thow you out!!!!Take a spin over here and ask the on sight police that live here The are useing csi and labor ready whm is well known for hiring feleons and conviceted criminals with out doing backround checks on them,,,,They will not hesistate to walk into your home when your not home and STEAL,This past week charleen who is in charge of so called construction for the owner called jennings.Was told along with the maintenance supervisor by the office manger Michelle to..--steal back any paper work they feel could get them sued, from a resdinets whom was moving out due to mold problems,,( think about this long and hard,,Why would you still have constuction forman or workers still at a apt community job sight when they have been done and opened since DEc of 2003 ,These apts are finshed,) They have them here due to building errors and mold and a/c issues,,THEY build the darn place!!!!So that says somethng in it's own,,ANY WAY ,,This really just did happen The manager( michelle Told the maintenance supervisor and Charleen to go into a residents apt and steal!!!!! I never heard any thing like this before!!! I seen it and heard it,,THe maintenance guy refused,and told them that was illegal,This manager got pissed and verbally abused and harrassed maintenance man b/c he refused to break the law,, !!!But the contruction supervisor said she'd go into apt and stEAL back these papers for the manager,,,,This construction forman charleeen has all the keys to each apt on her at all times!!!!,So think..,It could be a felon in your homedoing your maintenance repairs, or a sex offender,Is that what you want''',Especailly if you have teen girls,Bad place to live!!! The owners are not professtional,,.It seems they Do not know how to run a place like this,,, They Look nice on outside,A lot of big time problems,,This is why they can not fill the apts,I think another reason is,They take too long to do credit checks like weeks or more,,there is not parking,,,they wont even let the use the hot tub,, they chase them out,This is so wrong!!!

OK. I have read all the reviews and come to pretty good conclusion. It seems that almost all the complaints are very poorly mis-spelled and have a very poor stucture. Which leads me to the conclusion that an uneducated person usally writes bad's things when they do not recive what they want!!! I have not lived here yet but I will be moving in to a unit in one week. I pulled up a police report, which I always do because I have a lot invested in my car and found out that there where only 2, yes 2 reported breakins in reported in the last year. I pulled up criket club, River reach and east Waterford lakes and they all have had over ten breakins reported. Onto the claims about maagment. I walked in and spoke to Maria and she pulled my credit and did a employment and previous rental history check and had an answer for me in less than three hours. So whom ever said it took a week must be sadley mistake or maybe wernt all upfront and honest about there past. I went with my father at 9 pm and 12 mid-night they following night and walked around so I could see and hear what was going on. Now let me tell you this was a friday night. I heard one loud music and saw no one sitting outside, no parties and nothing that would father peak my curiosity as to a college partie atmossphere!!! As I said, I have yet to move in but I find it funny that I thruougly checked into things and found none of the complaints valid that were stated in the bad reviews. Which leads me to the forgoing conclusion once again that if you have problems then deal with them appropetly and use cooth when making a stament that is false. I looked at quite a few diffrent apartments in the waterford lakes area and it came down o Brittany lakes and Polo's East. I choose Polo's East and Marai who helped me was very nice, and professinal. So dont take my word for it, check it out yourself, and you'll see I am right. I just cant stand it when people write false reviews due to lack of intellagence.

Whoever wrote this wasn't writing about Polos East. None of the names used are anyone that has worked at Polos East. Additionally, he indicates that the community opened in 2003. Polos East opened in 1990.

First of all, you are both uneducated as far as spelling and grammar are concerned. If you are going to criticize someone for their spelling mistakes, you might want to run the spell check on your computer before you carry on making yourself look just as ridiculous. No comments about the apartment, just the reviewers.
