So far these apartments are not doing to well.

My wife and I moved in about 2 months ago after a couple of big problems with our original room they finally moved us in to a 2 bedroom on the first floor.

The layout is nice the apartment is clean but it has some problems that have not been fixed and prob never will. Our upstairs neighbor looks to be abotu 150 pounds in weight but whenever he walks it sounds like a 400 pound sumo wrestler is going to fall thru our ceiling. Plus there are some areas where his floor was not installed correctly and we have major squeeks because of it. The next problem we have is that the a/c does not blow out cold air. This problem was called in also and a mait. man was sent out and said we were low on freon now 2 weeks later it is doing it again.. Boy i cant wait till the nice summer months with this problem.

I would have recommend these apts to my friends but right now I am not sure at all.
