Polos East is owned by equity apartments which is the one of the Largest Apartment corporations in the nation. Here is the actual website for it.
http://www.equityapartments.com/market/brochure.aspx looked at several Apartments in the area. We decided on Highpoint club and Polos East as the best two in the area around the waterford town center(big mall). We narrowed to these two based upon reviews and talking to the help staff.

We finally decided on Polos East because it had more extra stuff like:

- Basketball, Volley Ball, Racquetball, Tennis, 2 pools, hot tub, weight room, sauna, poll table, and a club house you can rent out for 75$.

- It comes with a washer dryer included at no extra fee(highpoint charged you extra for this).

- It is under a mile from a good alimentary school. The age of the people who live here are 1-45, there a few college students here but it is more of a young adult working crowd.

- It is under two mins to the waterford lakes town center. http://www.simon.com/mall/directory.aspx'ID=394

We got a 2 br 2 bath with 980sq and an extra storage unit for a price of 980$ a month. We have never had a problem with parking. Bryce and Sarah have been extremely helpful and nice. The condition of my apartment was great we struggled to find something wrong with it when we checked in. The only thing we could find was, small damage on 2 screens and the H/C water was reversed on the washing machine. We moved in for 99$ because they had a special deal price. They make you get renters insurance before you move in. They have bright house cable available. If you get broadband service you can get 5mbps download rates which is some of the best in the US. They are pet friendly.

Polos East is the best apartment complex we found to meet our needs. Highpoint was great too just not as nice as Polos East.

Why we are writing a review:

When we originally came to Orlando from New York we fell in love with Wisper Palms.

http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/FL-Orlan put 200$ down for a 2 bedroom they said they needed to a credit report and would get back to us. They did not do the credit report for 3 weeks. In that time we went online and read their review. Based upon the review we decided to look at all the other apartments in the area. We looked at them and decided we liked the Highpointe club and Polos East apartments. We moved into Polos East and then got a call from Wisper Palms. They said our credit was approved and said we just need 900 more to move in. This was 4 days before we would have to move in or loose the 200$. We told them 3 weeks to get a credit report is unprofessional and we took our business elsewhere. It took Polos east 2 mins while I filled out paperwork to do a credit report.

Normally, We do not write reviews. Since the reviews helped us so much. We thought it was unethical not too.

This is obviously a post by an employee of the complex: - real people do not sound like ads - real people do not post almost verbatim the brochure - real people that have lived in this complex know that it is not perfect as it is portrayed

I lived there for only a few short months, it was horrible in every single way you can imagine. This review was clearly written by an idiot or an employee, which are also idiots. Who cares about your credit report. /how about the dog s*** everywhere and a staff of incompetence. What about the dogs in the pool at night? What about the horrible crime? You also forgot to mention the paper thin walls and bug infestation. Oh by the way, the dumpster pickup guys dropped something enormous on my car, breaking the windshield and destroying the fender. My car was parked appropriately in a parking place (albeit in the closest parking place to the dumpster), but the management refused to offer any support or assistance. I turned in my key and refused to pay some unbelievable $1800 fee, and yes it's still proudly on my credit.
