I have lived in Polos east for about a year now. I am very disappointed in the quality of these apartments. The outside looks some what decent, but once you go in its a whole other story. Maintenance still has not fixed my leaking bathroom sink, which is causing my cabinet to collapse. Also, my air conditioner has been broken since I moved in, and my oven light does not shut off. Not one thing fixed properly. In addition, the rent is way over priced, there's never parking, and the neighbors are always loud. For the price I am paying, I could get a 2 bedroom instead of a 1 bedroom, and also get a newer apartment for more than $100 cheaper. Think twice about moving here!
