My roomates car was stolen, then my and my friends car was broken into and finally my roomates bike which was parked in front of the apt (this happened at 11 on a friday). This place is very very dark and unsafe. Drive in at night and see. DO NOT MOVE HERE! And everyone pays a different rental price, its a rip!

Well #1 If you leave your car doors unlocked and your top of your roof off, your car is not called breaking into your car. I believe thats your fault on that one. #2 How odd is it that your roommate had his bike and car stolen when he parks his bike behind your building on your patio? Maybe the situation goes deeper with your roomate and someone who doesnt like him. You shouldnt take it out on your apartment complex because I think they have options to break your lease and find somewhere so called better to go. Also have you heard of car alarms? Looks like you should invest in one then if you hate it where you live.

I've been the courtesy officer here for almost a year now and have had only 3 reported vehicle burglaries. On an interesting note, all three of those individuals left their vehicle's unlocked-- so take that for what it is worth. All and all it's been a great place to live.
