I lived in here for a short time. I got out as quickly as possible. I'll start out by saying the theft is a direct result from the homeless people living across the street in the woods. I actually had over 600 dollars worth of equipment stolen by a homeless man who tried to return it to me for a payment!!!! They are always lurking around the parking lot sleeping in abandoned vans and cars in the complex parking lot! Look twice where your parking and always lock your doors!

Noise level is ridiculous! Between the club house keeping you up all night b/c you can feel the bass in your apartment to the constant drunk fights our your window. Cops are calles constantly! Also six different fire trucks in one night all blaring! Luckly that was the night I was moving. There is someone in the complex with health issues and you can count on an ambulance, firetruck and police men every month! Blocking traffic and such.

Staff is more concerned with drinking at the pool and becoming your friend than solving any problems. I asked the staff 4 different times to turn the gate's alarm off....it took them 4 days! I was working out of the home and that's all i heard all day long! Gates rarely work, are always being broken by drunks flying through them!

Animal lovers beware. I have witnessed two seperate incidents with vehicles and dogs! They go flying through the gate and have come so close to hitting people and thier pets...it's unnerving.

I don't recommend this to anyone. Price is ridiculous $895 for 656 sq ft, one bedroom and a closet bathroom' No parking, horrible brocken gate, bums living in the woods, kids tearing through the parking lots at break neck speeds, youngsters causing problems with police and gang activity, slow repair response, dumpsters rarely dumped (stink up your car and parking lot) pool is never cleaned ( have seen feces in it, not to mention the bums periodically bathe in it!) Distgusting!

I have also been locked in the complex parking lot! Everyone within the first 6 buildings were late for work. My boyfriend had to grab bolt cutters to get us out! The staff was all sleepling and wouldn't help us! My boyfriend was a hero that day.. and many other times. We had to help each other constantly b/c the staff wouldn't.
It was a goog thing I was attractive or nothing would have ever been fixed in our apartment...But the maitenance men are very nice and respectful, i wish the office staff was more like them.
BEWARE....I will never go back!

I think this review is absolutely rediculous! I have lived here for quite a while and NONE of these things ever happen. I have only seen cops in here twice, but one was because someone had a medical emergency. The gate was broken once, but it was fixed within a day! Most of the staff is very nice, and if you have a problem, they fix it right away. the manager even gives me his personal phone number in case I need anything! The pools are ALWAYS clean, and they were even just refurbished. Yes, there are a few stray cats, but you will get that anywhere (especially when you are surrounded by woods). There arre no homeless people in the neighborhood. period. Its very safe in here. If your equipment was stolen, that was no ones fault except your own for not securing it correctly. this is a great place to live, and you shouldnt try to bad mouth the place just because of your own mistakes.

its true dogg the gates alwayz workin jus fine cuz i feel so secure an if yur crap got stolen dat be yur fault...oops YUR bad. maybe next time you should rent a sum storage....:p

If this is so rediculous then why live here and chance it? Why would anyone make this up? The Bums live across the street in the woods! GO LOOK!!!! See the little blue tarps.... My equipment was locked up for that matter, I have over $80,000 dollars worth.... I'm paranoid about locking it up. The bum broke into it, had to call the police on it. If you actually get up early in the morning you'll see the bum sleeping in his van, if he's still there. I lived in the first building you see as you enter the gate on the right hand side. Most tenants in the back don't see whats happening in the front. Like the employees drinking at the pool and hanging out by the office, very unprofessional. Ask the girls who's dog almost got hit by a speeding car if she likes living here. Stray cats don't bother me. Had no problem with them. I worked from home on the second floor and was aware of everthing going on. Became well aquinted with maitenance staff, had no problems with them. Office staff came to know me b/c we were always outside cleaning our cars and working odd hours. Lets be honest, could you tolerate a blaring gate alarm all night while trying to sleep? Or all day while trying to work or relax? Not FAIR!!! I was really understanding at first about the gate and was paitent, but it was happening to frequently. Every other day, Come ON!!! I'm glad they fixed the pool and hope there is no more feces in it for health reasons. Glad your on a personal basis with the manager, Good for you. What about the rest of the tenants? Sounds like your posting for the office trying to put in some good word.... Why would you log in to just anonymously post a good review?? While you still live there? Doesn't make sense. I have had much better experiences at other properties and am glad I don't live there anymore. The only reason I'm reposting is because I had an email sent to me from A.Ratings. It's always hard to disect what is true on here and what isn't.... This all really happened here and I hope you have better luck. I personally don't think it's worth your time or money.
