I have lived here for just over 10 months and have noticed a few problems but there are good things too. I moved here with my wife a two kids because it looked safe and there is a small park and one of the pools is right outside our apartment.

The good: things get fixed fast. If you need something fixed they come within a couple of days and they are always nice about it. We aren't afraid to talk to our neighbors. Everyone that lives here is fairly clean and nice. Party walls are thick so you can't really hear your neighbors unless they have the music up pretty loud or shout.

The bad: Adjacent complexes are not very nice. There are some low income apartments or something right next door and they like to jump the fence sometimes. Another thing is security. There is supposed to be an officer assigned to handle security issues, but I and my wife have both had to call in and the officer is never nice. In fact she belittled my wife for calling while she was on duty. Yeah that's right, the officer got mad because she had to work and took it out on someone asking for help.

Last complaint: We live in one of the areas where they said there are mostly families. But as the families move out, students move in. Why they move students into buildings where families live is beyond my comprehension but we are surrounded, litteraly. Only positive about it is that they don't mind turning down the music and we've only had to ask once. But their visitors come to get drunk and they don't care if it's 3:30 am when they yell in the parking lot.
