After living here for 4 years, I am moving to another state. I read these reviews to try to compare my new apt complex with my current. I am shocked at what some people are saying! In 4 years I have never seen or heard about any crime. The gate has been broken often, but even when it's working anyone can follow another car in. I love the inside of my apt, everything has always worked and any small problems the maintenance has taken care of. I do believe the landscaping was better maintained when I first moved in, but it's not that bad. The biggest problem I've had is not being able to park in front of my building, but even then there's always been a spot available, just maybe a building or two down. Close to food, shopping, entertainment & the highway, great schools! I would live here another 4 yrs.
