A great community

Polos East is a community that I enjoy living in. I have lived here for over a year and as every community has problems, this one seems minimal. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is efficient. For the prices that are going around in the Waterford/UCF area, this place is the best bang for your buck. I would highly recommend this complex to prospective tenants.
