I have lived at Polos East for almost two years and absolutely love it! I searched all around the Waterford Lakes area looking for an apartment and came across Polos East. From the minute I stepped into the office, they were so helpful and really made me feel like I was at home. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and it is very spacious and is VERY affordable. Although, this is not a NEW complex, I wouldn't trade living here, I think it gives it charm! I have never had a problem with anything here and everyone that lives here is extremely friendly with one another. I have made many new friends just walking my dog down the street. The maintenace has been wonderful, anytime I have needed anything they are always there to lend a hand and a friendly smile. The office staff is the best I have come across, they are always on top of everything and always there to help. They are friendly and always say hi to me on a first name basis and everyone that I have seen ever talk to them, they always refer to them with their first name. I was shocked the first time this happened to me and couldn't believe how caring and nice everyone is. The other thing that I liked is that in the 2 years that I have been here, the office staff is the SAME people. I have friends that live in other complexes in Orlando and always tell me about their experiences where they live, and they always tell me how there is never the same people in there and its a mess. I am really a proud resdient of Polos East and happy to call it home. I will definitely be here for many more years to come.

Do you live on the third floor or something? And what about the gates being open all the time? Heck the exit gates are broken of the hinges

This is sooo obviously a fake review...notice how like four 5 star reviews popped up on the same day saying how amazing Polo's East is....its so ridiculously obvious. I mean really a five star review right now would be crazy when anyone can just drive by and see all our gates are broken yet of course this review and all the others posted on this day (4/14/09) give 5 stars for safety....WTF?! what safety???...I so wish you could report fake reviews on here

why dont u shut the F*** up im tired of looking at these damn reviews about all the apartments in the area and someone is always bitching about something THE GATES ARE BROKEN BIG ----??? there still going to be crime wether u have a gate or dont have a gate idiot stupid frekin people i swear go build yourself a damn fort if ur so damn scared of every thing.

to thAT last comment. i am not the one that posted it about the gates but i totally agree! I hope you have A GIRL OR A MAN AND THEIR not there to protect you when ... like a month ago ... people just come in and knock on a door and put a gun to your head and you straight up ---- your self you -----!!!!!
