I LOVE THIS PLACE AND CANNOT AFFORD IT

This is the best in apartment living and I have been renting for the past 13 years in Orlando. My rent was increased to $1065 for a 2/2bath with solarium, I have been here for two years now....I am a single parent whose child does not contribute. I renewed my lease because the management, maintenance and all of the facilities are awesome....if I never buy a home, this is the only place I will ever rent from in Orlando ever again, if I can't afford my rent the year after that, I am going over to their Lake Underhill location, this place is truly awesome and all the tenants are like family because they have been here so long....
