I have rented my apartment for over 3 years. Overall, it has been a good experience and my best of 5 different apartments. The only minor complaints that I have are (i) the rent is somewhat high, (ii) the trash dumpster should be emptied more often (especially when there is an extra fee assessed for trash removal), (iii) the kitchen is poorly equiped (it lacks a built-in microwave and has a low-end stove/oven without a timer), (iv) the floorplan has lots of wasted space, (v) the closet is too small for two people, and (vi) the closet is accessible from the bathroom instead of the bedroom.
