Archstone is a great place to live. I've lived in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment (6208) since June 2007 and will be moving out in Febuary 2009 as my fiance' and I will be relocating from beautiful Orlando back to Pittsburgh, PA.

The Facts:
- Friendly reliable staff. Apartments are very clean.
- Well kept grounds and pool. Just repainted the entire complex (except my building - but it should be done this week).
- They bring compimentary ice cream and lemonade out to pool-goers.
- Very reliable & clean appliances, includes washer/dryer.
- Did have our AC break last September - they called Joe out immediately on a Sunday night and he replaced the entire unit with a brand new energy efficiant air conditioner - dropped our electric bill by 40%!
- Any repairs needed are done right away.
- Brand new carpet.
- Solarium is great - makes a great office.
- Great (close) parking. Close to trash compactor (doesn't smell). Cheap self service carwash/vacuum right across the way - works great.
- Charcoal grills are great to cook on and really close.
- Very centralized in Orlando. Cady way trail just up the road.
- 3 minutes to Publix, CVS, and numerous great eateries. Nice lakefront park with piers.
- Very safe place to live. Gated community.
- Mostly young professionals living here.
- When we renewed our lease our rent actually went DOWN!!
- Pet friendly.
- Easy to pay rent and utilites online each month.

Only Downside: No microwave included - get one for $40-$50 at walmart.
