My wife and I lived in this complex for 2 years and moving out at the end of Feb 2009 because we are moving out of state. We live on the 2nd floor in the smaller 1bd 1bath apartment.
The complex is very safe, really neat and clean, new carpets before you move in, close to everything (never had to go too far to buy or eat out), staff is excellent and always very friendly. They fix things immediately and we never had to wait for things to be fixed (nothing broke too often at all). The grounds are well kept and neat. Newly painted exteriors, great leisure facilities,etc
Ignore any bad reviews because they just seem to be written from management of Baldwin Park, whose apartments are way too pricey and empty unlike Archstone.
We recommend this complex to anyone who wants a very clean, neat, safe, and great place to live in Orlando. It might be slightly pricey but it is WELL worth it!! We will miss living in this clean and safe place!
