Great place to live. Planning to renew my lease in a few months. Staff is great and also the maintenance staff are very prompt. Like the fact that they respond to maintenance call very quickly and efficiently.(Quickest response in 15 min) The grounds are also beautifully kept and free of litter everyday. One of the great things about the place is just about every apartment has fireplaces that make the living area so warm and homey. And the other thing is that they have screen porches so no bugs come in. Lastly the apartments has incentives for their tenants. They have monthy drawings for $$ off of their rent and the longer you stay there, your deposit grows like a savings and at the beginning of the year, the interest is taken off of your monthy rent. The only bad thing is thereisn´t enought parking in some places in the complex. Other than that,it is worth it to stay here.

This is not someone who works for the apartments. I'm actually a tenant here. I would like to say after 3 years of living here, I'm going to agree with everyone else. Everything was great for the first 2 years and things change. I'm not sorry that I had to constantly go to the office to have maintenance fix the same thing over and over. If they sent a competent maintence person in the first place, then everything would be o.k. They fix things that didn't need fixing and didn't do anything about what really needed to be fixed. They keep on raising my rent every year and I thought that was really ridiculous. I asked around and no one else's rent went up. Just ours. I'm glad that I'll be leaving here soon. The only regrets that I have is the location. It was a great place. Most of the ladies at the office were nice but...

Sounds like someone from management wrote this review. I used to work in the business and this type of thing is done often. BIG red flag when a review is COMPLETLY defensive to what other reviews say.
