I lived there for two years from 03-05. At first it was nice. Staff was wonderful, but then the management changed and thats when it all went to-(well you know what i mean). With in the first 6 months i had a bullet fly through my wall from dixie bell road. My neighbors skipped out of their apartment. My neighbor above me had his vehicle broken and attempted stolen several times. Mold problem in bedroom due to hurricanes last year was fixed with paint. Mold at base board, again painted. Mold in carpet cleaned, but i still kept getting sick and always had headaches. Roofing nails still on sidewalk and not to mention they were rusty. Wouldn't go in pool other then to get my feet wet. Lawn people constantly blew dirt on patio, very hard to keep up with. Appliances and fixtures are old. Dishwasher wasn't getting dishes cleaned, reported it and maintenance left a note telling me not to put so much soap in it. Again reported the problem, another note telling me not to put a dish in the way of the sprayer. I had to hand wash the dishes for the last 3 months of living there. Be prepared to have the apartment professionally cleaned when you move out, be sure video or take pictures of when you move in and when you move out. Parking is absolutely horrible where i lived. They allowed people to park on the curb and you had to basically do a 10 point turn to get out of your parking spot. God forbid you drive a full size truck and someone park behind you, you were screwed. The only staff there worth mentioning is Beth. She is awesome. Always helps out and tries her hardest to resolve issues. Everyone else there, well they are _____ - rhymes with itches.
