Maintenance sucks. Office staff were nice till new management company took over and now they are all lazy bums. They try to keep your security deposit and then actually send you an invoice for false damages done and actually want you to pay them money. They avoid doing walk throughs. RUDE. Pools are nasty. Cars being broken into all the time. No security. Gates are never closed like they are suppose to be. Landscaping sucks. you can hear you neighbor walking. Cheaply fixes things. Renters beware.
